Send us your name, email and phone. We review every application and come back to you within 2-3 business days.
Build your listing
Once your operator account is approved, add your itinerary, dates, bikes, photos and pricing. Draft as many as you like and publish when you are ready; listing is free either way.

Your tour goes live on its own page. Riders send booking requests and messages, and you confirm or decline each one.

Already on Moto Mass?
Some of the tours in our catalogue were compiled by us from publicly available information so riders could compare trips in one place. Those listings are unclaimed: the operator has not signed up, has not endorsed Moto Mass, and does not control the page.
If one of them is yours, you can claim it. Claiming lets you correct the details, take over pricing and dates, receive rider messages directly — or have the listing removed entirely, no questions asked.
How to claim a listing
- Email support@motomass.com from an address at your company domain.
- Include your company name and a link to the listing you want to claim.
- Tell us whether you want to take it over or have it taken down.

What does it cost to list a tour?
Nothing. Creating and publishing listings is free — no setup fee, no listing fee, no monthly charge and no commission on bookings. If we ever introduce pricing, existing operators will be told well in advance and can unpublish before anything changes.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Unpublishing a listing takes it off the marketplace immediately. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Who controls my prices and dates?
You do. You set your base price, any pricing tiers, your departure dates and your maximum group size, and you can change them whenever you want. Moto Mass never discounts or repackages your tour.
Do I have to list exclusively with Moto Mass?
No. There is no exclusivity of any kind. Keep selling on your own website and through any other channel or agent you already use.
How do riders contact me?
Riders message you directly through the platform, and those conversations appear in your operator dashboard. They can also send a booking request for a specific departure date, which arrives the same way.
How do bookings and payment work?
A rider sends a booking request for a date and party size, and it arrives as pending. You confirm it or decline it with a reason. Moto Mass does not process rider payments or take a cut — deposits and final payment are arranged between you and the rider exactly as they are today.
My tours are already on Moto Mass. What now?
Some listings were compiled by us from public information and are unclaimed — the operator has not signed up and has not endorsed us. Email support@motomass.com from your company domain and we will hand the listing over to you, or remove it if you would rather not be listed.
How long does approval take?
We review every application by hand and reply within 2-3 business days. Once your operator account is approved you can publish listings yourself.
