Krk, Croatia
TIRO is a guided motorcycle journey of 11 days and 10 nights that starts and finishes on the island of Krk. It includes 9 riding days, with a night on Krk before the first riding day and another after the return. The loop covers approximately 2,100 km through five countries: Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Germany and Italy. The route leaves the Adriatic through Slovenia to Kranjska Gora and crosses into Austrian Carinthia. From there it takes the Nockalmstraße to Hallstatt and the lakes of the Salzkammergut, then crosses into Bavaria for Berchtesgaden and Königssee. Innsbruck is the base for a circuit over the Fern Pass to Neuschwanstein Castle and for a day in South Tyrol over the Brenner to Vipiteno, the Jaufen Pass and the Timmelsjoch. The return leg follows the Zillertal over the Gerlos Pass to the Krimml Waterfalls and Zell am See, rides the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, and comes back via Weißensee, the Vršič Pass and the Soča Valley to Krk. Riding day 3 note from Moto Adventures Krk: the Eagle's Nest (Kehlsteinhaus) is closed following the fire in October 2026, and a visit is not planned until it reopens. That day focuses on Berchtesgaden and Königssee. High mountain roads are seasonal and depend on the weather. The guide may adjust the route, timing or visits when safety or conditions call for it. The tour includes 10 nights in selected hotels and 10 breakfasts. The "from" price of €2,000 per person applies to a group of 10 guests. Prices are per person, sharing a double or twin room, and depend on the final group size: 2 riders: €4,300 per person 4 riders: €2,900 per person 6 riders: €2,400 per person 8 riders: €2,200 per person 10 riders: €2,000 per person These are the current prices. Moto Adventures Krk will review accommodation rates in March 2027, and the final price and availability are confirmed when you enquire. Dates: departures are on request, subject to agreement and availability. Send your preferred travel dates and expected number of riders when you get in touch. Riders join on their own motorcycles; motorcycle rental is not included in the tour price and can be requested separately. Transfer from Rijeka Airport is included by prior arrangement. The route, length and dates can also be tailored to your group: just ask when you get in touch. Moto Adventures Krk designs, organises and leads the motorcycle tours, while the licensed travel agency Da Riva, based in Opatija, handles travel package contracts, payments and invoicing.
