Tagaytay, Philippines
The mountain route ridden independently. There is no guide; instead you get a planned itinerary, navigation files, a local SIM with load, a tool and medical kit, and pre-booked rooms for every night, with XPLR PH a phone call away. From Tagaytay the first long day runs to Baler, birthplace of Philippine surfing, and the second crosses the Sierra Madre to Santiago. Day four rides through the Banaue Rice Terraces to Sagada, where you have a free day. Then it is down to the Ilocos coast and Vigan for another free day, back up to Baguio, and Kennon Road to Manila. Tolls and breakfasts are covered. Fuel, Starlink and activities are not included.
A self-guided 1,350 km route through the Sierra Madre and the Cordillera, from Baler to Sagada, Vigan and Baguio. No guide on the road, and fuel is paid by the rider.
