Overview
The longest of Thaiger Motorbike Tours' northern Thailand trips puts their two 10-day loops together. The first week rides over Doi Inthanon to Khun Yuam and Pai, crosses to Fang by way of Chiang Dao and Doi Ang Khang, and reaches Mae Sai through the tea hills of Doi Mae Salong, with a Mekong boat trip at the Golden Triangle and a free day in Chiang Rai. The second week takes Road 1148 to Pua, the salt wells of Bo Kluea, Nan and Sri Nan National Park, a ferry over the Sirikit Reservoir to Sukhothai, and the Myanmar border via Mae Sot and Mae Sariang. The 2027 departure is full; the next one is January 2028.
Fifteen days and about 2,750 km from Chiang Mai that join the Mae Hong Son Loop, the Golden Triangle, Road 1148, Nan and Sukhothai, with a rest day in Chiang Rai. For groups of four to eight riders; rental bike, fuel, breakfasts, lunches and airport transfers are included.
